PSA for Club Members: Chill Those Pet-Nats Well
Ben Riccardi fo Osmote Wine, who made one of the wines in this month’s wine club shipment sent me a note yesterday that I wanted to pass along to all club members (and honestly it’s good for anyone drinking pet nat to know about.)
Is there a note to serve these wines extra cold and open carefully? I’m not sure how familiar your club is with pet nat and I don’t want people making messes opening the bottle carelessly.
I almost always open pet nat over my kitchen sink — just in case there is a gushing situation. I always have a glass at the ready to catch the foamy deliciousness too.
